Having been at Enterprise for almost 10 years now, my favourite thing about working here is the people – a lot of us started right after university with the company so we’ve grown together. It’s kind of like a family and it’s really nice to know that we have great people leading the company but at the same time, they let you run your own business.
My advice to somebody thinking about applying to Enterprise would be that there are challenges, but you get rewarded at the end of the day for your performance. The most important thing is you will learn how the business works from the beginning, as a Management Trainee.
What I feel is essential for anyone to work at Enterprise is that you have to work well in a team. And if you’re the type of person who likes change and likes exploring a lot of new things, Enterprise would be the perfect place for you.
