Customer Service/Administrative Representative

We are looking for a Full time Customer Service Representative to join our AA In-House team based in Dublin City Centre.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who is a team player, can provide excellent customer service and take responsibility for admin duties.
You will be contracted to work 45 per hours per week and the hours for this position will range between the hours of 08:00AM - 23:00PM, including weekends.
- Answering incoming calls and provide information, roadside service and/or resolve customer concerns
- Liase with our security company to organise release of vehicles
- Arrange reservations through the branch network
- Coordinate and follow-up with local branches
- One year of customer service experience
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Good telephone manner
- Fluent English
- Ability to work on their own initiative and make decisions
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
